Within this blog post I will be giving you some inspiration for simple hairstyles you can wear for summer 2022. I don’t know about you, but where I live the summers tend to get very hot very quickly, all I want to do is keep my hair up and out of my face.
With that in mind, it is also nice to have some hairstyle ideas on hand that are both show-stopping and simple. Hairstyles act as an accessory, they are used to enhance one’s appearance while also complimenting an outfit. So it is nice to know a few for the days when you don’t feel like putting too much effort into your hair but still want to look stunning.
The thing I love about these summer hairstyles is not only are they easy but also eye-catching and they have a way of boosting one’s confidence. If you look good on the outside, you then feel good on the inside, simple as that!
A quick side note before we get into the hairstyles, girls, make sure you are taking care of your hair. What I mean by this is ensure that you are using high-quality hair-care products that benefit your luscious locks. Trim your hair when needed and give it some masque treatments every so often.
Good hair days begin with healthy hair. There is nothing worse than having a cute hairstyle but your hair is either frizzy or the ends look dead. Give your hair the care it needs to radiate and shine first.

Adding in some braid throughout your hair is so simple and easy to do. I love this because it adds texture and detail to any basic hairstyle. Dress it up with some hair clips for additional cuteness.

If your hair is in your face or bothering you, it’s an easy fix just clip it up. All you’ll need is a large claw clip. Just twist your hair and clip it in place.

Beach Bun
Keep it classy with a cute beach bun, perfect for the beach, a day on the go, or just when the temperatures rise. Twist your hair up in a bun and secure it with a tie, pull some pieces out and loosen it for a messy look. For an added statement piece I like to tie my buns with a scrunchie.

Half Up Half Down
Keep that hair out of your face with a half-up half-down hairstyle. Tie the front pieces of your hair in a bun or a ponytail. Dress up the hairstyle by securing it with a ribbon scrunchie. I love the half-up half-down hairstyle, it is easy-breezy, quick to do while also giving off boho vibes.
Make it Boho
Give your hairstyle a boho look by tying a hair scarf around your head. It’s simple but looks like you put effort into the hairstyle, even though you spent five seconds on it.
Classy Ponytail
Pull your hair up into a classy ponytail. Loosen it up a bit, pull out some hair in the front and secure it with a ribbon scrunchie for that classy look. It is cute yet effortless and makes the perfect summer hairstyle.

A side braid is always a go-to but make it detailed by adding in a hair scarf. Such a gorgeous look!
