This post is all about transitional outfits winter to spring.
Do you ever find yourself struggling to put an outfit together in between seasons? As the winter season is steadily transitioning into spring, the temperatures are slowly starting to rise. Although during this time of year I have come to realize that the weather also has a tendency to be bipolar.
This is why it is important to build a wardrobe that can accommodate the unpredictable changes in weather. Personally, I love to keep my tops light and just add on the layers. It’s also good to keep the color palette of your wardrobe on more of the neutral side with added pops of color. This is so you can mix and match multiple pieces and create tons of transitional outfits from winter to spring without over-populating your wardrobe with clothing.
Owning a couple of pairs of light, denim jeans and basic tops will make it easy for you to style with the extra layering of maxi cardigans, oversized blazers, trench coats, etc. By doing so, this will allow you to put little to no effort into creating the perfect transitional outfits.
One more tip before we jump into the winter to spring fashion inspo: building a spring capsule wardrobe is a helpful way for you to easily dress for the in-between seasons.
